250,000 sf hospital expansion and 25,000 SF of renovation containing Emergency Department, operating rooms for cardiac catheterization, hybrid ORs, as well as 99 patient beds.
Prefix (then known as ACT) was part of the General Contractor’s team as the coordinator.

Advanced Coordination
Prefix performed pre-coordination on this project, modeling the MEP scope during the design phase.
Immediately after buyout, subcontractors validated coordination and re-issued for signoff.
With Prefix’s guidance, cold joints were located in mechanical spaces to reduce hot work performed on-site, increasing safety and efficiency during construction.
As a result the mechanical room was 100% fabricated prior to the pour of slab.
